With over 10 years of professional experience, Yan is a GARP-certified Climate Risk Analyst with a well-rounded background spanning finance, science, engineering, and management.

Yan’s current focus is on ESG compliance and climate risk analysis, ESG-focused investor relations services, and financial due diligence for IPOs and refinancing transactions.

Over the course of her career, Yan has gained extensive hands-on experience collaborating with government agencies, publicly listed companies, and leading international media outlets. She has supported multiple listed companies simultaneously by collecting ESG-related data, developing ESG reports aligned with major global reporting frameworks, and providing strategic ESG recommendations to enhance transparency and access to capital markets.

With 15 years of experience across asset management, brokerage, and media, Dan has held senior positions including Project Investment Director in the investment division of a private equity fund, Regional Director for Eastern China at Valuable Capital, and Regional Project Director at Xueqiu.

He has built deep expertise in PR and investor relations across both primary and secondary markets, providing comprehensive advisory services to companies before, during, and after their IPOs.

Throughout his career, Dan has established an extensive network spanning government agencies, listed companies, media outlets, primary and secondary market funds, and domestic and international capital markets service providers. This strong foundation enables him to effectively support clients in shaping their capital markets strategies, enhancing brand communication, and delivering clear investment value to stakeholders.
